Queen of the South | Supporter Information | 23/04/22

Saturday 23rd April, 3pm kick-off

On Saturday we make the trip to Dumfries for another crucial match in the cinch Championship.

We need as many of you there as possible to support the team!

 

BDS Digital (East) Stand sections 7, 8 and 9 have been set aside for Ayr supporters. BDS Turnstiles 3 and 4 will be in use. Please do not try to enter the ground via turnstiles 16 or 17 as no access can be gained to the BDS Stand from those turnstiles. Queen of the South request that you wear a mask while entering the ground.

Turnstiles open at 1.30pm

 

Do not attend if you have a positive lateral flow test or you are showing signs of infection.

 

Catering outlet and toilets will be available for use in the concourse. Queen of the South promotes the use of face coverings in the ground.

Refreshments are available in the lounge bar in the West Stand before kick-off.

 

Ticket info

Entry is by ticket only. Ticket offices are open at:

Arena - 12.30pm

BDS Stand - 1.00pm

Please note that the BDS Stand ticket office is CASH ONLY. If you wish to purchase your ticket by card then you should use the Arena ticket office.

 

Ticket prices:

Adults: £18

Concessions: £10 (Over 65s, 18-21 year olds)

U18s: FREE (you must still get a ticket).

 

Accessible Tickets:

Adult: £8

OAP/Concession: £5

U18: FREE (you must still get a ticket).

 

Car Parking / Bus Drop-Off

Car parking is available in the Arena car park. Please be considerate to the neighbours if parking on streets around the Stadium. Supporters buses are requested to drop supporters off in Terregles Street and thereafter head to College Mains Road opposite Currys PC World to park until the conclusion of the match. Pick-up is as per the drop-off point.

 

Roadworks that may cause delays

There are currently no ongoing local roadworks currently around Dumfries that may affect travel times to Palmerston Park. Supporters should check the Traffic Scotland website at HTTP://TRAFFICSCOTLAND.ORG/INDEX.ASPX for confirmation of any delays.

 

Disabled Access

Wheelchair access for Ayr supporters is at Gate H on the south side of  BDS Digital Stand. Disabled parking is available on the north side of the BDS Digital Stand or at the Arena car park. The cost of entry of 1 personal assistant is included in the price of the concession ticket.

 

Searching Policy / Unacceptable Conduct

Queen of the south have adopted a robust and thorough search policy for supporters entering the ground to ensure that ground rules and regulations are strictly adhered to, especially in relation to pyrotechnic devices and controlled containers. All bags will be searched and supporters presenting themselves for entry may also be subject to search. Supporters who refuse to be searched by stewards will be denied entry to the ground.

No persons will be admitted to the ground who are deemed to be under the influence of alcohol. This will be strictly enforced.

 

Palmerston Park is a non-smoking venue, this includes e-cigarettes and other such devices.

Stewards are empowered to eject supporters who disobey these rules.

All supporters are required to abide by our acceptable behaviour policy.
