Taste of Ayrshire Pop-Up Restaurant

Visit our pop-up restaurant for one night only and enjoy the tastes of Ayrshire.

You will be welcomed to the suite with a complimentary drink and treated to the following set menu:

Margarita watermelon amuse-bouche.

Smoked haddock arrancini, curry emulsion and aged parmesan.

Confit of pork belly, sweet potato puree, crackling and inch’s cider cream.

Treacle glazed beef cheek, black pudding and creamed potato croquette, confit of carrot and straw potatoes served with a veal jus.

Dark chocolate panacotta served with hazelnut praline, burnt meringue and a blackcurrant jam.

Tickets cost £40 per person and can be purchased here.

Doors open at 6.30pm. Service begins at 7pm. Bar will stay open until 11.30pm.
