Keith Glendinning Joins Ayr United

Ayr United is delighted to welcome Keith Glendinning to the Club as Head of Player Recruitment.

Keith initially worked with Hibernian FC as Lead Opposition Analyst, before joining Hamilton Accies initially on a full-time basis and latterly on a part-time basis as Technical Analyst.

Managing Director, Graeme Mathie said, "I am delighted to bring Keith to Ayr United and would like to thank the Chairman and the Board for their support in making this happen.

Having worked with Keith previously, and knowing how wide ranging his role has been at Hamilton, he will bring a strong and varied skill-set to the Club.

Keith has previously led opposition analysis, pre- and post-match analysis and has been a key driver in building processes around player recruitment throughout his career at both Hibernian and Hamilton.

Player recruitment will be a key focus for us at Ayr United going forward and I am delighted to have Keith working with us in this field. His skillset will be a great asset to the football department and a great support to the Head Coach when he is appointed."
