Important Information | Ayrshire Derby
We look forward to welcoming you to Somerset Park tomorrow evening for the Ayrshire Derby in the cinch Championship.
Please read through all the important information below:
Arrival Times:
Staggered arrival times will be in force. Please arrive at the allocated time for the area of the Stadium that your ticket(s) is/are for:
Centre Stand & East Stand Tickets and Main Stand Season Ticket Holders: Please arrive between 6.45pm and 7.00pm
Somerset Road End Tickets and Terracing Season Ticket Holders: Please arrive between 7.00pm and 7.15pm
North Terrace Tickets and Terracing Season Ticket Holders: Please arrive between 7.15pm and 7.30pm
Turnstile Entry:
For Season Ticket Holders:
Please either bring your plastic Season Ticket card, printed Season Ticket pdf or Season Ticket on your phone.
Main Stand Season Tickets: Please enter through Turnstile 11, 12 or 13
Terracing Season Tickets: Please enter through Somerset Road End: Turnstile 17, 18, 19, 20 or 21 or North Terrace: Turnstile 24, 25 or 26
For Match Tickets:
Please bring your match ticket pdf either printed or shown on your phone or printed ticket from Club Shop and present it at the Turnstile to be permitted entry to the Stadium.
Centre Stand and East Stand Tickets: Please enter through Turnstile 11, 12 or 13
Somerset Road End Tickets: Please enter through Turnstile 17, 18, 19, 20 or 21
North Terrace Tickets: Please enter through Turnstile 24, 25 or 26
Turnstiles will only accept tickets for the correct area as above so please make sure to go to one of the Turnstiles that are for your ticket(s).
Covid Vaccine Passport
Spot-checks of Covid Vaccine Passport will be in force for this match. These will take place at check-points ahead of arrival at the turnstile. Please arrive early to help reduce queues.
Supporters are requested to bring their vaccine status with them and be prepared for it to be checked.
To make things easier, supporters can also email us ahead of the match with proof of their vaccine status (Covid Vaccine Passport).
Proof should be sent to: vaccine-passport@ayrunitedfc.co.uk
All supporters should bring their vaccine status with them to the Stadium, even if they send proof via email, as they may still receive a spot-check.
Supporters may be refused entry to the Stadium if they do not have their vaccine status. Under 18’s are exempt from providing their vaccine status.

Covid Protocols
- Please wear a face covering whilst entering the Stadium, queuing at Kiosks and Toilets and whilst moving around internal areas of the Stadium.
- Wash your hands and sanitise regularly
- Do not attend the match if you have any symptoms of Covid-19

Flags are permitted but the canes/poles are not permitted. All flags will be checked prior to entry.
Surfing flags are not permitted.
