Bodog back United

Our club sponsor Bodog have handed manager Ian McCall a transfer kitty for January.

Bodog, who have now been in partnership with the club for 5 years have been with us for promotions, relegations and Cup semi-finals however they are desperate for a League Title and wanted to do their bit for the January transfer window.

Bodog founder Calvin Ayre said “Something in my tonic water tells me we’re going up, sure, it could be the Hendricks but whatever happens next season this one is going to be a blast all the way. Come on the Honest Men.”

Commercial manager Graeme Miller said “It really is a great boost a few weeks before the window. When I made the call Bodog were behind the idea immediately and had no problem giving us some help. The manager is very keen to strengthen the squad in January and without outside help he wouldn’t have been able to do that.

I am hoping this is just the start and I would encourage any businesses or supporters who want to add to this transfer kitty to contact me. Every penny will be spent on the promotion push. The more money we can get in before January could be crucial to the managers plans.

If you are interested in helping then please contact me on or on 01292 263435 ext 3.”
