Ayr United Ultras | Club Statement

Ayr United Ultras | Club Statement
Thank you to all our Ultra groups who have shown an ability to rid themselves of the minority who seek to utilise our club for mindless acts of poor behaviour at games.
The atmosphere created at matches against Falkirk at home and, most notably, at Livingston away where the result was a significant challenge, have shown the benefits of having a section committed to supporting the team through good moments and poor moments.
With the exception of 1 individual who threw items on to the field against Falkirk, and who the club are working with authorities to identify and ban from Somerset Park, the club would like to issue its thanks to the Ultra groups for their support and can confirm that the segregation fence will be open as normal for the Queens Park match.
These arrangements will be reviewed on an ongoing basis but, assuming the behaviours remain as we have seen in the previous 2 matches, anticipates having the full north stand available for Ayr United supporters through the playoff campaign.
