On Saturday, Ayr United travel to Gayfield to take on Arbroath in the cinch Championship. It is fifth versus sixth in the league table, with the Red Lichties three points above the Honest Men after nine games.
After steering United to a third league win in five games in charge against Queen of the South last Saturday, Jim Duffy leads his team to Angus looking to edge the Honest Men closer the the promotion play-offs.
While Arbroath have enjoyed a strong start to the season - with Dick Campbell scooping the Championship Glen's Manager of the Month award for September - the Red Lichties are without a win in their last three fixtures. Last weekend they were defeated 2-1 by Raith Rovers at Starks Park, Anton Dowds 90th minute strike proving only to be a consolation. The defeat followed draws at home to Kilmarnock and away to Morton.
Houston, McGinty, O'Connor and Hewitt miss out through injury.

United are without a win in the last six games between the sides (two draws, four defeats).
The Honest Men rallied back from two goals down to take a point in the last meeting between the sides, at Somerset Park in August. Joel Nouble and Michael McKenna put the Red Lichties in control of the game with goals in the first-half but Tomi Adeloye netted with 20 minutes left before Mark McKenzie equalised to ensure a share of the points.
